
Large overnight white tin loaf
Made using strong Canadian flour. The dough has a cold overnight fermentation to improve the structure and draw out the maximum sweetness from the flour. The high oil content gives the crumb a supple softness.
Perfect for sandwiches or toast, and keeps well for many days.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, fresh yeast, pomace oil, salt, sugar.
Dough weight is 1.2 kg before baking.
