Made using strong canadian flour. The dough has a cold overnight fermentation to improve the structure and flavour. The high oil content gives the crumb a supple softness.

Perfect for sandwiches or toast, and keeps well for many days.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, fresh yeast, pomace oil Olive Pomace Oil (52%), Rapeseed Oil (48%) (Rapeseed Oil, Anti-Foaming Agent (Dimethylpolysiloxane)), salt, sugar.

Dough weight is 700g before baking.

The salt content is approximately 1.09%
