Seeded wholemeal tin

Ingredients:

Wholemeal WHEAT flour, olive pomace oil, rapeseed oil (rapeseed oil, anti-foaming agent; dimethylpolysiloxane), golden linseed, brown linseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, millet, fresh yeast, salt, sugar. May contain SOYA.

Made with 100% wholemeal flour. Shaped and rolled in 5 seed blend. (golden linseed; brown linseed; pumpkin; sunflower and millet).

Lovely nutty flavour and only slightly tighter crumb structure than our malted brown loaves.

Dough weight is 700g before baking.

Salt content is approximately 1.00% of loaf weight.
