Oval Cane Banneton
Traditional cane banneton or brotform. The banneton dusted with flour and holds the proving dough, prior to baking.
Can hold up to 1Kg of dough.
The cane ridges impart a characteristic stripy pattern to the loaf.
Brush any flour out after each use. Do not spray with oil or wash with water.
Use a specialist banneton brush to clean.
