Large overnight white tin loaf
Ingredients:
Strong WHEAT flour (amylase, ascorbic acid, vitamin C), yeast, olive pomace oil, rapeseed oil (rapeseed oil, anti-foaming agent: dimethylpolysiloxane), salt, sugar. May also contain SOYA.
Made using strong canadian flour. The dough has a cold overnight fermentation to improve the structure and flavour.
Perfect for sandwiches or toast, and keeps well for many days.
Dough weight is 900g before baking.
The salt content is approximately 1.09%
