Norfolk Crunch (WHEAT flour(calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), kibbled WHEAT malt, malted BARLEY flour, ascorbic acid E300), strong WHEAT flour (amylase, ascorbic acid, vitamin C), yeast, olive pomace oil, rapeseed oil (rapeseed oil, anti-foaming agent: dimethylpolysiloxane), salt, sugar. May also contain SOYA.


Made using a mixture of malted flour and strong canadian flour. The dough has a cold overnight fermentation to improve the structure and flavour.. 

Perfect for sandwiches or toast, and keeps well for many days.

Dough weight is 450g before baking.

The salt content is approximately 1.09%
