Medium overnight white tin loaf
Ingredients:
Strong WHEAT flour (amylase, ascorbic acid, vitamin C), yeast, olive pomace oil, rapeseed oil (rapeseed oil, anti-foaming agent: dimethylpolysiloxane), salt, sugar. May also contain SOYA .
Made using strong canadian flour. The dough has a cold overnight fermentation to improve the structure and flavour. The high oil content gives the crumb a supple softness.
Perfect for sandwiches or toast, and keeps well for many days.
Dough weight is 450g before baking.
